Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Ultimate Garage offers free ground shipping on all non-bulky orders over $100 to anywhere in the United States! The below chart shows approximate delivery times and should be used as a guide only.

*The above chart is to be used as a guide. Due to an extremely high online order demand currently, we are seeing carriers take longer to deliver orders. Rest assured we will ship your order out within 24 hours Monday to Friday but the carrier may take longer than expected to deliver your order.

 

Q: I would like to pickup my order, can I do that and where do I go?
A: If you would prefer to collect your order you can select Free Customer Pickup during checkout and we will get in touch with you to arrange collection. We are located in Chandler, Arizona and open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. 

Q: Can you ship my order to a PO Box?
A: Ultimate Garage is unable to ship to PO Box addresses and requires a physical address to process your order.

Q: Does Ultimate Garage have a storefront I can visit?
A: Ultimate Garage is an online retailer but does have a will-call showroom where our customers can arrange to collect orders as well as view products in person. We keep our overheads low and pass on the savings to you! If you would like to arrange to come in, please feel free to get in touch.

 

Q: I have a technical question, who should I ask?
A: If you have a specific question relating to one of the products we sell you can always contact us directly. Head on over to the Contact page to get in touch and we will respond promptly.

 

Q: Is the website secure and is my payment information encrypted?
A: The Ultimate Garage store uses the Stripe payment gateway which has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. You can read more about Stripe here. Alternatively, you can use PayPal to process your payment.

 

Q: What size helmet should I purchase?
A: The correct helmet fit is extremely important to ensure the safe use of the product. Helmets that are too large may slip down over the users eyes or helmets that are too small will not sit low enough to protect the users head adequately enough. Follow these steps before purchasing your helmet:
1. Measure your head size. To do this, pass a tape measure horizontally around your head at a height of about one inch above your eyebrows. When done properly, you will have measured the largest part of your head.
2. Check your measurement with the helmet sizing chart. This can be found on the product page of our helmets. Select the helmet size that best meets your requirements and head size measurement.

 

Q: What is the warranty period on my purchase?
A: Warranty periods do vary between manufacturers but as a general rule they are as follows. Please note these warranty periods are subject to change and all claims must go through the appropriate channels outlined in our Warranty & Returns section before being approved.

 

Warranty Periods - Scooters:

Scooter Decks: (6 Months from Date of Purchase).
Covered - Snapping or cracking of the deck or welds.
Not Covered - Damage caused by misuse and abuse. Scratches or fading of finishes. Modifications to any part of the deck or damage caused by a lack of maintenance as well as wear from grinding rough surfaces.

 

Chromoly Bars: (90 Days from Date of Purchase).
Covered - Bending or breaking of the bars within the warranty period.
Not Covered - Bars that have been modified by cutting down. Scratches and chipping of finishes. Bars with visible signs of impact from the scooter landing incorrectly or being thrown.

 

Titanium Bars: (90 Days from Date of Purchase).
Covered - Bending or breaking of the bars within the warranty period.
Not Covered - Bars that have been modified by cutting down. Scratches and chipping of finishes. Bars with visible signs of impact from the scooter landing incorrectly or being thrown.

 

Aluminum Bars: (30 Days from Date of Purchase).
Covered - Cracks in welds and defects in finishes.
Not Covered - Bars with less than 2” of fork steer tube up inside them. Bars that are modified in anyway including cutting down. Scratches and chipping of finishes. Bars with visible signs of impact from the scooter landing incorrectly or being thrown.

 

Forks: (90 Days from Date of Purchase).
Covered - Bending or breaking.
Not Covered - Stripped or bent axle bolts. Forks that have been modified in any way. Misuse or incorrectly setup compressions and headsets.

 

Clamps: (90 Days from Date of Purchase).
Covered - Breaking of clamp body.
Not Covered - Stripped or cross threaded bolts. Stripped bolt heads caused by incorrect size or damage tools. Scratches or damage to finishes.

 

Wheels: (90 Days from Date of Purchase).
Covered - Dehubbing where the PU disengages with the wheel hub.
Not Covered - Chunking where pieces of polyurethane break away from the wheel caused by landing sideways or riding on rough surfaces. Flat spotting caused by braking too hard and skidding the rear wheel. Consumable wheel bearings unless defective at time of purchase.

 

Brakes: (90 Days from Date of Purchase).
Covered - Snapping or cracking of the brake.
Not Covered - Wear due to excessive use. Hardware damaged by improper installation including cross threaded bolts. 

 

Warranty Periods - Protective Gear:

Helmets: (12 Months from Date of Purchase).
Covered - Buckle, strap integrity as well as strap mounting rivets. Manufacturing defects.
Not Covered - Wear and tear. Damage from dropping or crashing.

 

Pads Sets: (12 Months from Date of Purchase).
Covered - Stitching and hard shell pad rivets. Manufacturing defects.
Not Covered - Wear and tear. Damage from crashing and or sliding on knee cap surface.

 

Q: Can I exchange my purchase?
A: Exchanges and refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Ultimate Garage has a 30 day exchange and refund policy that you can read about on our Warranty & Return page.

 

Q: I placed an order and later discovered a discount code or forgot to use it. Can I get a refund for the difference?
A: Unfortunately, if you did not use a discount code during checkout we are unable to refund or credit you the difference. We do run promotions from time to time and the best way to stay up to date on potential savings is to sign-up for the Garage Club newsletter here.

 

Q: I previously purchased a product and it has since gone on sale or is featured in an ULTGAR Garage Sale. Can I get a refund or credit for the difference?
A: ULTGAR will run crazy garage sales with massive discounts from time to time. Unfortunately, we are unable to credit past purchases if a product goes on sale. The best way to stay up to date on upcoming sales is to sign up for the Garage Club here.
